Proverbs 31 describes a woman who is able to do many things. Women need to take care of themselves, put God first through Bible study and prayer and worship, work and engage in hobbies, organize their time well and plan daily, and manage their relationships. Here are 20 habits that women should be doing to prioritize their well being and their life.

  1. Wake up and go to sleep at a set time.

  2. Drink 1 liter of water after getting up from bed before drinking coffee.

  3. Make your bed.

  4. Bible study in the morning and at night.

  5. Pray daily and consistently throughout the day.

  6. Drink coffee after drinking water to wake up and energize.

  7. Walk daily, at least 10k steps if you want to be in shape.

  8. Go to the gym. Strength training is important in keeping fit and mobile and energetic.

  9. Clean for at least 10 minutes.

  10. Journal what Jesus and Holy Spirit tell you.

  11. Meditate on the Word.

  12. Meditate mindfully and do yoga.

  13. Put on sunscreen.

  14. Do skincare morning and night.

  15. Get ready in the morning, put on every day make up and dress appropriately.

  16. Read daily.

  17. Sleep 7-8 hours a day.

  18. Take vitamins and supplements.

  19. Organize your desk and computer.

  20. Track your finances.
