Space and Sky Entwined

$0.00

A book of short stories reflecting on the space in love, life, relationships, and connection.

Foreword:

This book is about the space between you and me. Between every conversation, memory, touch, there needs to be space. And with every space, there shines a light that enters you and me. I hope the light transforms you, as it had transformed me.

Table of Contents:

Night and Day

SHE fell in love with the morning, when the infant rays of sunlight just started to peek through the gaps in the window blinds, hitting the smooth, unvarnished walls of the bedroom.

Remade

I remember the first time I felt rain. I was with a boy, whose name I no longer remember. He had eyes the color of the clouds that terrorized the sky that day. When I looked into his eyes, I remember thinking, This is what it feels like, to burn for someone.

Moonlight

Some nights, I wake up, without reason, to find moonbeams sleeping next to me.

Empire State of Mind: Her Story

She was stuck in her head as usual.

Empire State of Mind: His Story

The city was screaming at him again. But he did not care.

Lighthouse

He dreamed about her the night before she disappeared from his life.

Tomorrow and a Day

“So we beat on, “ he echoed, closing the book.
